'What's In A Name' ....... ?

For those who have been with this blog since the beginning, you'll notice that the name has changed.  First it was just 'Little Lady Leah', then it was 'Praying for Little Lady Leah', then after she passed on, it was 'Remembering Little Lady Leah'.

Well, to me, we're doing more than just remembering Leah.

Leah didn't just leave her fingerprint on my heart, she punched it back into life.  Whether it's taking a minute to smile to myself while thinking of her smile, or chuckling at something she would have thought was funny, or simply seeing a butterfly and remembering that she is always with me - Leah has changed my life forever.

Numerous blog readers have also been changed for the better by coming to know Leah.  They cherish their children more, they don't sweat the small things anymore, and they walk through life just a little bit slower; taking it in, as opposed to coasting along.

Readers will also notice the faith inspired 'flavor' of this blog.  That is also Leah's doing.  I have fallen in love just 3 times in my life: with my husband, my daughter, and my Lord.   The first led to the second, and the second led to the third.

Leah was special, different, and never truly belonged to me - but the fact that I was chosen to take care of her while she was here is a gift I know came from above.   I got to hold a real angel for almost 11 months; and handing her back over was one of the hardest things I've ever done -- but it made me a believer...............
